I have been an adult educator for over twenty years. Currently, a Learning & Development Facilitator at University College London Hospitals (UCLH), I create and facilitate evidence-based leadership programmes for doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and administrators.
Whilst completing my Masters in Positive Psychology in 2024, I researched and wrote a 5 session "Preparing Positively for Retirement" programme. I piloted it at UCLH in 2025 and participants encouraged me to share it with anyone who is considering retiring, to help them navigate this major life event.
